"I have been to 2 USA domestic violence shelters, The Spring in Tampa and Refuge House in Tallahassee, where my 2 boys and I moved before we got to where we are now in Greenville, FL (where singer Ray Charles went blind as a child). And my children did play therapy while I was married, I was on some sessions with their therapist, I did therapy with group at both DV shelters, plus one on one with a Certified Domestic Violence Counselor, and I also did therapy after a rape, in person trauma therapy. I did CBT therapy, and I did Trauma-informed yoga with Zepp Wellness charity virtually, did Breathwork with Jeannie virtually, and I also did tapping with a therapist last year yet another therapist BetterHelp...and NOTHING was as powerful as this exercise".
