The Livin Warrior Academy Ltd was founded in March 2022.

In July 2023, we launched The Livin Warrior Academy Recovery Program™, the first of its kind fully digital, online abuse & trauma recovery program. Bringing the most effective mainstream therapy and trauma treatments (including EMDR) to an online, self help platform for the first time ever.

In May 2024, we launched our merchandise to encourage the empowerment for women and young girls.

We aim to uplift; educate, empower as well as help women to leave and recover from toxic, narcissistic or generally abusive dynamics, with our specialised education, recovery program and merchandise. It is not enough that we educate women about abusive dynamics and teach them how to heal; we must also cultivate a culture of women that reflect this understanding in their lifestyle, their values and their choices and this is our mission.

Our vision is to touch the lives of women across the globe with our company message, education and recovery programs. In order to create a culture of emotionally and psychologically informed women and girls who stand for and support each other's toxic free journeys and are truly empowered. Each one teaching one. No Woman Left Behind.
