Refund Policy

Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product or service has been purchased and started.

However, should a customer complete a program and be unhappy with their results, exceptions to this rule will be considered under the condition that evidence is provided to demonstrate that all aspects of the course were sufficiently completed including homework, reviews and pre program tasks. Under these circumstances refund requests will be assessed on an individual case by case basis. 

It is not our intention that anyone purchase anything from us that they are unhappy, so please make sure that you’ve carefully read service description before making a purchase.

Where a paid booking has been made no refund will be issued when cancelled. However, you will be able to reschedule up to 3 x per booking.
