The Just Retreat Extended Option

This option is for women who are currently in a toxic, narcissistic or generally abusive dynamic and are ready to strategise an exit but need up to 6 months for planning before going no or low contact.

Duration: 12 Months

In this Just Retreat Extended Option you will get access to:

• Exit strategy lessons- to help you plan a practical and safe exit with additional planning sections and up to 6 months of strategised action before going no or low contact.
• A 6-month no or low contact pack - to help track your progress and hold yourself accountable.
