Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds
All self help programs are subject to 72 hour refund policy. After which all programs are non refundable unless otherwise stated.
Please note that any deposits paid are non refundable.
Cancellations
All bookings are subject to a 24 hour notice refund policy. Any cancellations made beyond this notice period are subject to a 100 % of the cost cancellation fee.
Cancellation of a retreat will result in a 50 % refund of any money paid (not including the deposit) up until 1 month prior to the event in which case all cancellations are subject to 100% of the cost cancellation fee.
